Role Overview
We're seeking a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance across our software products. You'll lead junior QA engineers, own all test planning and execution, implement modern test automation practices, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure top‑notch delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and skill development
- Communicate testing status and quality metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Design and implement QA strategy, test plans, and quality standards
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Project Management teams on release planning
- Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
