We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruitment processes and be responsible for understanding and executing staffing requisitions, requirements, and issues from all departments. They will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Additionally, they will handle job postings, maintain the skill matrix, issue employment documents, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to assist the Recruitment Head with various HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Specialized Hiring: Recruit for IT and Non-IT roles
- Employment Documentation: Draft the offer Letter/Employment to selected candidates.
- Recruitment Campaigns: Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, including attending job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment events.
- Support to Recruitment Head: Assist the Recruitment Head with various HR tasks and initiatives.
