We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Lead to manage and oversee our enterprise IT infrastructure across both on-premises and hybrid cloud environments. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on technology professional who can drive daily operations while effectively guiding and mentoring team members.
Role Overview
The IT Lead will be responsible for ensuring stability, security, and scalability of the organization’s IT environment. The role includes leadership of IT operations, infrastructure support, endpoint and identity management, and coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver reliable technology services. Similar IT infrastructure lead roles commonly combine systems administration, project delivery, service continuity, and security compliance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Azure, Linux, and hybrid environments.
- Administer Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, endpoint security, and identity/access management.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and achievement of service-level targets, including 99.9% uptime.
- Lead, mentor, and support IT team members while handling escalations and enforcing IT policies and standards.
- Drive security initiatives, compliance activities, internal audits, and risk mitigation efforts aligned to frameworks such as ISO 27001.
- Manage IT projects, vendor coordination, procurement, and SLA tracking.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Business teams to support business priorities and technology improvements.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement.
