Brief Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated fresher to join our medical billing team as an AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller. The role involves interacting with insurance companies to resolve unpaid or denied claims and ensuring timely reimbursement. Training will be provided

Preferred Skills

Good communication skills (especially spoken English)
Basic understanding of medical billing (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to handle calls professionally
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing skills)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in night shifts (if required)

Eligibility Criteria:

Any graduate (BCom, BSc, BA, etc.)
Freshers can apply
Prior experience in medical billing is an added advantage

Compensation: ₹12,000 per month during the initial 6-month training period, with potential revision based on performance thereafter.
