We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to work closely with the Founder’s Office. This role offers end-to-end exposure to business operations, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day management of the company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the end-to-end business lifecycle, including operations, strategy, and execution
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning
- Maintain, organize, and update company documentation, reports, and records
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track key action items
- Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-ups for the leadership team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, and provide insights for decision-making
- Act as a liaison between the Founder’s Office and various departments
- Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned
