Brief Description

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee our core personnel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust organizational policies, managing end-to-end payroll processes, and ensuring a high standard of employee relations.

Mandatory Application Criteria

Current Compensation Requirement: This position is strictly benchmarked for a specific seniority level. Only candidates with a current or previous CTC of 9-10 LPA need to apply. Applicants who do not meet this specific compensation threshold will not be shortlisted

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Development & Compliance: Design, implement, and update comprehensive company policies and employee handbooks. Ensure all internal regulations align with current labor laws and statutory requirements.

  • Payroll Management: Oversee the entire payroll cycle, including salary calculations, tax withholdings, benefits administration, and statutory deductions (such as PF and ESI).

  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to align human resources strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management initiatives.

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to conducting final interviews and onboarding.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: An MBA in Human Resource Management or a related post-graduate degree is preferred.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a managerial HR role with a strong focus on policy formulation and payroll systems.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) and advanced payroll software.

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.

  • Core Competencies: Analytical thinking, exceptional communication, high integrity, and strong leadership abilities.
