We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee our core personnel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust organizational policies, managing end-to-end payroll processes, and ensuring a high standard of employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Development & Compliance: Design, implement, and update comprehensive company policies and employee handbooks. Ensure all internal regulations align with current labor laws and statutory requirements.

Payroll Management: Oversee the entire payroll cycle, including salary calculations, tax withholdings, benefits administration, and statutory deductions (such as PF and ESI).

Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to align human resources strategies with overall business objectives.

Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management initiatives.

Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to conducting final interviews and onboarding.
