Role Description: Responsible for the recruitment of candidates against requisitions from the operations team. Sourcing resumes through the various channels available.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline, preferably an MBA
Technical Qualifications/Experience: Working knowledge in MS Office Suite
Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in a recruiting function.
Organization Structure: Report to the Senior Manager - Recruitment
Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours
Description of Responsibility:
- Responsible for setting up and coordinating interviews.
- Responsible for recruitment of personnel with special skills.
- Be the first interview level for all positions, except for any senior/management positions.
- Coordinate with the consultants and maintain good relations.
- Update all reports daily and submit reports to line manager on a weekly basis.
- Update the database on a daily basis.
- File all the relevant CVs and papers.
- Ensure all pre-recruitment reference checks are completed before the offer is made.
- Maintain a list of all the referrals and submit to the single point of contact every week.
- Ensure the right tests are administered on candidates as per positions they are being interviewed for at OT.
- Be a point of contact with the employees and ensure any feedback received is registered and shared with the rest of the department.
- For all technical interviews, coordinate with the interviewer to shortlist a set of CVs for interviews.
