Genrobotics is seeking a skilled and experienced a skilled Control System Engineer with hands-on experience in BLDC motor operation and management to support our R&D and product development activities. The candidate will be responsible for motor control implementation, testing, tuning, and system integration for electromechanical and rehabilitation devices. The ideal candidate is proactive, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, with a strong sense of ownership over product delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Operate, manage, and test BLDC motors for various applications.
- Develop, implement, and tune motor control algorithms and drive systems.
- Perform performance evaluation, validation, and troubleshooting of motor systems.
- Integrate BLDC motors with embedded systems, sensors, and control hardware.
- Support system-level testing, debugging, and optimization.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electronics, and R&D teams for product development.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during testing and deployment.
- Develop and maintain C/C++ code for control system implementation.
