Brief Description

The Global Business Development Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets by identifying strategic business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. The role also ensures effective coordination between sales and operational teams to support seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global and domestic markets
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and delivery teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales performance
  • Support market expansion and business growth initiatives
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage day-to-day operational workflows and team coordination
