We are seeking a Mid‑Level Power Platform Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform, with a primary focus on Power Automate Desktop (RPA) and Copilot Studio.
The consultant will operate as an implementation‑focused developer, responsible for building, testing and maintaining automation solutions using low‑code technologies, combining cloud workflows, robotic process automation and AI‑powered conversational experiences.
This role is intended for technical professionals who deliver solutions directly, collaborating with senior architects and analysts on design, governance and scalability aspects.
Position Overview
The Power Platform Consultant will work mainly on the implementation and evolution of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
The role focuses on technical delivery activities, including solution development, integration, testing, deployment and maintenance, ensuring stability, performance and compliance with defined standards for European and global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Implement automation solutions based on defined functional and technical requirements.
Develop Power Automate cloud flows for event‑driven automation, approvals and system integrations.
Build Power Automate Desktop flows for attended and unattended RPA scenarios.
Automate interactions with legacy and non‑API systems using UI and system automation.
Implement exception handling, logging, retries and resiliency mechanisms in automation flows.
Combine cloud flows and desktop flows to deliver end‑to‑end automated processes.
Develop Power Apps (Canvas and basic Model‑driven apps) to support automation scenarios.
Build and configure Copilot Studio chatbots for operational use cases (HR, IT, Operations).
Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with Power Automate workflows and Dataverse.
Configure conversation flows, triggers, fallback logic and human escalation paths.
Model and manage data structures in Dataverse, including tables, relationships and security roles.
Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
Support integrations with external systems using standard or custom connectors.
Apply Power Platform best practices related to environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod), solution management and DLP policies.
Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using solutions and deployment pipelines.
Package, deploy and update solutions across environments.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, user guides and automation runbooks.
Support technical training and knowledge transfer related to delivered solutions.
Troubleshoot automation failures and apply corrective and optimization improvements.
