Technical Architect – Telecom BSS/OSS & AWS
We are looking for a technically strong and hands-on Technical Architect to join our team. This role demands a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise, architectural vision, and leadership, with deep specialization in Telecom BSS/OSS ecosystems, TM Forum frameworks, and AWS-based solutions.
You will play a critical role in designing and delivering scalable, future-ready telecom architectures, while working closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities

Drive solution design and hands-on implementation of Telecom BSS/OSS systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Create practical and scalable architecture designs focusing on delivery and real-world constraints.

Work extensively on TM Forum implementations, including hands-on use of TM Forum Open APIs (TOFA).

Communicate technical solutions clearly with stakeholders ensuring alignment and stakeholder buy-in.

Design and develop cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging microservices and API-first approaches.

Collaborate closely with developers, providing clear technical direction, guidance, and design support.

Analyze existing systems and suggest incremental improvements, modernization, and optimizations.

Apply AI tools and technologies where relevant to improve automation, efficiency, and system intelligence.

Prepare and maintain essential design documentation (solution diagrams, flows, and technical specs).

Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through practical design decisions.

Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks proactively.

Stay updated with emerging trends in Telecom BSS/OSS, TM Forum standards, AWS, and AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Telecom BSS/OSS, with a strong focus on hands-on development and solution design.

Strong TM Forum knowledge, including:

TM Forum frameworks and concepts

Hands-on TM Forum implementation experience (must-have)

TM Forum Open APIs (TOFA)

Solid understanding of core BSS/OSS functional areas:

Billing

Provisioning

CRM

Inventory

Network Management

Practical experience in:

Microservices architecture

SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture)

API design and integrations

AWS cloud platform

Strong understanding of architecture and system design principles.

Hands-on exposure to AI tools/technologies (usage in development, automation, or solution enhancement).

Technically very strong, with the ability to work closely with developers, technical architects, and guide implementation.

Excellent communication skills, with clarity in explaining technical concepts.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
