About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Academic Counselors. This role is ideal for freshers with strong communication skills who are interested in guiding students and working in a target-driven environment with incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads from multiple sources (calls, walk-ins, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Counsel students on courses like UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, and Video Editing
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into admissions
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
- Ensure a smooth and positive admission experience for students
