We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, META Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), along with a solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page performance. This role requires close collaboration with the Content, Sales, and Design teams and strong communication skills to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and measurable business growth.

Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies to improve organic visibility across search engines and generative AI platforms

Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display), META (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn to drive lead generation and brand awareness

Conduct keyword research, intent analysis, and competitor research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms

Implement on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and GEO best practices, including content structuring for AI-driven search results

Analyze and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness

Coordinate closely with the Content team to create SEO- and GEO-optimized blogs, web pages, and ad copies

Work with the Design team to develop engaging and conversion-focused creatives for ads and social media

Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead quality and conversion objectives

Manage and grow social media channels, including content planning, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and advertising platform insights

Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPL, and overall performance
