Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant with 3–4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both functional processes and technical customization within Business Central, and the ability to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Implement, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
Develop extensions using AL language and manage integrations with third-party systems
Provide functional consulting in Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules
Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution
Conduct user training and prepare documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Required Skills

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
Hands-on experience in AL development and extensions
Good understanding of business processes (Finance, SCM, etc.)
Experience in integrations (APIs, web services)
Knowledge of SQL and data migration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and client-handling skills
