We are looking for a goal-oriented and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and professionals seeking to enhance their skills. You will guide them through our course offerings, helping them choose the right programs to achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling: Provide detailed information about various courses, curriculum, and career prospects to prospective students.

Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert leads into admissions.

Career Guidance: Analyze students' educational backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend the most suitable training programs.

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Relationship Management: Maintain a database of leads and ensure regular follow-ups to build a strong pipeline.

Documentation: Handle the admission process, including fee collection and basic documentation.
Requirements:

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- BBA Marketing / MBA Marketing Preferred

Immediate joiners preferred

Fluency in Malayalam is required
