We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-oriented Business Associate – Sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective customers, promoting our products and services, and converting leads into successful sales opportunities.

As a Business Associate – Inside Sales, you will be responsible for managing outbound sales activities, engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable solutions. Your contribution will directly support the company’s business development and customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote the company’s products and services.

  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve basic concerns.

  • Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply)

  • Immediate joiners preferred

  • Female candidates preferred

  • Fluency in Malayalam is required

  • Willingness to work from the office

Salary: ₹ 13,000/-
