We are looking for dynamic Business Development Professionals who can unlock opportunities across corporate and government sectors and build long-term strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in India and international markets
  • Explore and manage Government Projects, Tenders, and RFPs
  • Handle participation in GeM portal and other public procurement platforms
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and solutions
  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions
  • Track market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities

Preferred Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Government sales / tenders / public sector projects
  • Hands-on experience with GeM, eTendering, and RFP documentation
  • Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud, AI, and IoT
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with government departments or large enterprises
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with international business development is a plus
