We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in executing highly effective paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You will be responsible for driving traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI through data-driven marketing strategies, keyword research, and comprehensive social media management.
Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience running and managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal) for crafting compelling ad copy and communicating with stakeholders.

Core Skills: Strong proficiency in keyword research tools and social media marketing principles.

Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan, build, and execute end-to-end paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience profiling to identify high-converting targeting opportunities and optimize ad spend.

Budget Optimization: Manage daily ad budgets, monitor campaign performance, and proactively optimize for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test ad copy, visual creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager. Provide actionable insights to leadership.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
