- Lead and manage automation testing activities using Tosca/Selenium/playwright/ ect.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI and API testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define automation strategies
- Review test cases, scripts, and execution results to ensure quality deliverables
- Participate in client discussions, status reporting, and requirement analysis
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical and professional skills
- Ensure adherence to best practices in automation, version control, and CI/CD processes
- Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Skills
- 4 to 7+ years of overall experience in software testing and automation
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Tosca automation
- Working knowledge of Selenium or Playwright with Java or TypeScript will be plus
- Strong understanding of UI and API automation testing
- Experience with Version Control Systems (Git or similar)
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and interact with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work as an independent contributor as well as a team player
- Experience in mentoring junior team members
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to test management and reporting tools
- Domain knowledge in Banking/Finance will be added as advantage.
