Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 2–3 years of experience in designing, customizing, and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in CRM customization, plugin development, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and configure solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Design and implement CRM workflows, plugins, and custom APIs.
Work on system integrations with third-party applications.
Customize forms, dashboards, reports, and business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements.
Ensure best practices in CRM development and deployment.
Support end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects.

Preferred Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET framework, and JavaScript.
Experience in plugin development, workflows, and custom workflows.
Good understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
Knowledge of CRM data model and architecture.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Exposure to Azure services and cloud integrations.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is an added advantage.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
