Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media to build a robust pipeline.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement targeted sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Product Demonstration & Consultation: Conduct on-site or virtual demonstrations of security and automation products, tailoring solutions to customer requirements.
Marketing & Brand Promotion: Create awareness of company offerings through online/offline campaigns and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiation & Closing: Address client concerns, negotiate pricing/contracts, and close deals in line with company policies.
Work with the Team: Work proactively within the team, guided by the Marketing Manager.
