Brief Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media to build a robust pipeline.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement targeted sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Product Demonstration & Consultation: Conduct on-site or virtual demonstrations of security and automation products, tailoring solutions to customer requirements.

Marketing & Brand Promotion: Create awareness of company offerings through online/offline campaigns and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Negotiation & Closing: Address client concerns, negotiate pricing/contracts, and close deals in line with company policies.

Work with the Team: Work proactively within the team, guided by the Marketing Manager.

Preferred Skills

Good communication & language skills    
Good Capacity to close deals    
Good knowledge of automation and IT products    
Experience in Software and Hardware Sales    

Any degree with good Sales and Marketing Skills
Knowledge of electronics products will be an added advantage

Years of Experience preferred:    1+ years
