Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C/C++.
- Build and enhance desktop applications using MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes).
- Develop tax forms, schedules, and workflow-driven applications using HTML and JavaScript.
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and functional accuracy.
- Analyze business requirements and translate complex logic into scalable, maintainable code.
- Implement software updates based on regulatory or business changes.
- Develop automation scripts and internal tools using Python, PowerShell, Batch Script, or VB Script.
- Debug and resolve functional, performance, and production issues.
- Participate in peer code reviews and follow coding best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Business, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
