We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer / CMDB Specialist with strong expertise in ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on CMDB, integrations, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage ServiceNow data models, including CMDB, Incident, Change, Request, and Asset modules
- Develop and configure workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflow Editor
- Perform data migration using Import Sets and Transform Maps
- Configure and manage MID Servers for integrations and data flow
- Implement data mapping, normalization, and reconciliation processes for CMDB accuracy
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Ensure adherence to ITSM and ITIL best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance
