Job Core Responsibilities,
• Projects – Manage allocated projects, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
• User Requirement analysis, System design, Solution architecture, documentation, testing, and coordination with vendors for development of software solutions
• Manage existing applications, execute changes / additions
• Customization and development of Automation Solutions as per requirements, using Low Code No Code Technology and other suitable languages/platforms
• Testing and releasing software systems.
• Application Maintenance, CR Management, and User support
• Data Management
• Understanding Data and Business Requirements, design and deploy reports as needed
• Dashboard design and development using QlikView
• Development of reports as per regulatory /business partner/ internal department needs
- Troubleshooting technical issues
• Follow up with vendors on support calls
• Provide support and maintenance to existing applications / reports
• Data extraction and reporting oh adhoc requirements
• Coordination with vendor for approved data corrections / call resolutions
• Patch deployment and testing
• Creating system user guidelines and manuals, training the users on any changes done in the application
