We are looking for Junior System Engineers with a foundational IT background who are motivated to start a professional path through training plan on Microsoft support .
During the training period, selected candidates will receive intensive training on Microsoft 365 technologies, Active Directory fundamentals, Microsoft Intune, and Hybrid Cloud basics, and will be prepared to support day‑to‑day IT operations in modern Microsoft environments.
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who want to grow into roles such as System Engineer, M365 Support Specialist, Endpoint Management Technician, or Hybrid Cloud Junior Administrator.
Role and Responsibilities (Post selection)
IT Support & Operations
Provide Level 1 / early Level 2 support for end users in Microsoft environments.
Handle tickets related to:
Microsoft 365 account access, basic service issues
Devices onboarding and configuration support
Basic Active Directory user/group tasks
Assist with documentation and standard operating procedures.
Endpoint & Identity Support
Support enrollment and first‑level troubleshooting for Intune‑managed devices.
Assist with device compliance checks, configuration profile application, and app installation issues.
Support identity tasks: password resets, access requests, basic group membership changes.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in knowledge sharing, labs, and internal learning.
Follow standard troubleshooting processes and escalate correctly.
Contribute to improving support quality through accurate documentation.
