This role serves as a direct feeder to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position, with accountability for strategy execution, operational excellence, financial performance, and people leadership.

Strategic Leadership-
Translate the company’s vision and strategy into executable plans.
Drive long-term growth initiatives, market expansion, and innovation.
Support the CEO and Board with strategic insights, performance updates, and risk assessments.
Business & Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and alignment.
Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of business targets.
Optimize processes, systems, and resources to improve productivity and scalability.
People & Culture-
Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership and management teams.
Drive a high-performance, values-driven culture.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and internal stakeholders.
Represent the organization in leadership forums and key business discussions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
Identify business risks and implement mitigation strategies.
CEO Readiness & Transition Expectations
