Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to grow our IT services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Promote and sell services such as Web and Mobile App Development, UI/UX, IT Staffing, and PMO services.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
Assisting the sales team for demos and sales presentations.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage post-sale client engagement for retention and upselling.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive strategy.
Represent Elementz IT Services at industry events, expos, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Experience
3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT services business development.
Successful track record in selling Web/App Development, UI/UX, IT Consulting, or Staffing Services.
Strong network and knowledge of the IT market in India, GCC, US preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
