Brief Description

PromptTech Global is looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to support our
international sales operations for the UK and USA markets. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

· Reach out to potential clients in the UK and USA via calls, emails, and online
platforms
· Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
· Meet and exceed sales targets
· Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a strong
advantage)
· Minimum 1–4 years of experience in international sales / inside sales (UK/US
market preferred)
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Excellent English communication with clear, confident, and neutral accent
· Strong skills in negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals
· Experience in cold calling and lead generation is mandatory
· Comfortable working in UK/US shift timings (night shift)· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
· Experience in IT solutions / POS / kiosk sales is a plus
