PromptTech is looking for a Business Development Manager – Microsoft Solutions to drive the growth of Microsoft services within our existing customer network.
This role is focused on advising and positioning Microsoft solutions to current clients, identifying opportunities, and converting them into recurring business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Microsoft solutions across existing PromptTech clients, including:Microsoft 365,Microsoft Teams,Microsoft Azure
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and recommend suitable Microsoft solutions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions
- Work closely with internal teams (relationship managers, technical team, and delivery team) to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and close deals
- Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor
