Brief Description

The Global Business Development Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets by identifying strategic business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role also ensures effective coordination between sales and operational teams, enabling seamless project execution and client satisfaction. The incumbent will play a key role in market expansion, brand positioning, and achieving overall business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across global and domestic markets 
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads 
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking 
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals 
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking 
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders 
• Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions 
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure 
• Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal execution 
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention 
• Support expansion into new markets with defined go-to-market strategies 
• Identify target segments, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities 
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand 
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and delivery teams 
• Oversee client onboarding and transition to execution teams 
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements 
• Maintain and standardize SOPs for sales and business operations 
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual obligations 
• Drive effective usage of CRM tools and maintain accurate records 
• Achieve revenue targets and track sales performance metrics 
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation 
• Analyze performance data and provide insights to management 
• Support forecasting and business planning activities 
• Travel for client meetings, business development activities, and industry events 
• Represent the organization at conferences and external engagements 

Manage day-to-day operational workflows to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and seamless coordination between cross-functional teams
