We are looking for a highly experienced Backend Developer who has deeply worked on Node.js projects and has strong experience in designing scalable backend systems.
Our platform serves 10+ lakh active users, so we need a developer who understands large-scale system design, performance optimization, caching strategies, and high-load backend architecture.
The ideal candidate should be capable of designing solutions for complex problems, building scalable microservices, optimizing databases, and ensuring high-performance APIs that can handle heavy traffic and concurrent users.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of backend architecture and build production-grade systems designed for scale.

Must-Have Requirements
· 6+ years of backend development experience
· Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred)
· Proven experience designing and building scalable backend systems
· Experience working on high-traffic applications with large user bases
· Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
· Experience with performance optimization and backend scalability
· Expertise in caching strategies (Redis)
· Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization
· Experience implementing authentication & authorization (JWT, RBAC/PBAC, token flows)
· Experience with event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ / Kafka)
· Strong experience with API design and scalable service architecture
· Experience using Git and following clean code practices
· Cloud experience (AWS / Azure)
