ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a high-impact revenue execution role.
As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with the Sales & Growth Lead and leadership team to generate outbound pipeline, nurture qualified opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
This role is designed for ambitious, target-driven professionals who are comfortable building conversations from scratch and converting structured opportunities into business.

Remote from major metro cities across India including Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Kolkata
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research enterprise, consulting, and high-growth startup prospects
-
Execute structured outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls
-
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities
-
Maintain consistent prospecting cadence and pipeline hygiene
Opportunity Qualification & Deal Progression

Conduct structured qualification conversations
-
Support discovery discussions with senior leadership
-
Coordinate internally for proposal development and timely responses
-
Move deals efficiently through defined pipeline stages
Inbound Lead Management

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries
-
Qualify leads using defined criteria
-
Schedule discovery calls and ensure smooth handover within the process

Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities
CRM & Process Discipline

Maintain accurate and real-time CRM updates
-
Track activities, follow-ups, and opportunity stages
-
Follow established sales playbooks and workflows
-
Support reporting and KPI tracking systems
Revenue Contribution

Own monthly and quarterly activity targets

Contribute directly to revenue targets

Support reduction in sales cycle time

Improve overall pipeline conversion rates
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2–5 years of B2B sales experience
-
Experience selling creative, agency, consulting, SaaS, or professional services
-
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
-
Comfortable engaging founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers

Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline

Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
