About the Role

We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Intern with excellent communication skills, to support our growth initiatives and pipeline development. This role is primarily focused on lead generation, market outreach, business coordination, strategic business operations, client engagement, and related.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, communicative, and eager to gain hands-on exposure in business development within a dynamic IT services environment.

Preferred Skills

· Drive lead generation activities through research, platforms, and outbound efforts

· Support in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas

· Assist in initiating outreach and follow-ups with prospects

· Coordinate and manage client meetings, calls, and scheduling

· Maintain and regularly update lead trackers, CRM, and pipeline reports

· Ensure smooth internal coordination between sales, marketing, and delivery teams

· Track and report on lead progress, conversions, and key business metrics

· Support execution of business development strategies and campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

· Strong interest in business development, sales, and client engagement

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong research and analytical abilities

· Good organizational and coordination skills

· Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
