This role will work with the Credit Control team and provide effective debt collection to maximise cash collection and to minimise bad debt, adhere to and maintain finance team procedures, ensuring the relevant controls are also in place and realising efficiencies wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively prioritise debt collection by calls and email etc.
- Ensure any set targets are achieved and investigate where not achieved.
- Monitor and control incoming communications and mailbox of designated area.
- Escalate any credit control issues promptly and efficiently
- Meet departmental targets and project deadlines as and when set by the team.
