The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations, managing sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. This role acts as a vital link between the sales team, customers, and other departments, contributing to the overall success of the sales process and customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, contracts, and order forms. (Please Note : This is not a direct sales, but a post sales operations job)

  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases with accurate client and deal information. 

  • Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients, including scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and responding to inquiries. 

  • Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing. 

  • Assist with sales reporting, preparing dashboards and performance summaries for management. 

  • Liaise with finance and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and resolve issues. 

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in a post-sales support or administrative role (1–3 years) in an MNC.

  • Experience in customer support or billing/inventory/logistics administration will be also considered.
  • Proficiency in any CRM systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, Odoo etc) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and commercial contracts. 

  • Knowledge of logistics or supply chain coordination. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
