The purpose of this contract role is to provide dedicated recruitment support to ensure the timely and high-quality hiring of key positions across the organisation. This role will focus on
accelerating hiring pipelines and reducing time-to-fill by proactively sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for priority vacancies. This role will also support recruitment administration, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable policies.
The Role:
• Supporting the People Team in closing active open positions.
• Source potential candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Screening applications according to the job requirements.
• Engaging with candidates through creative direct sourcing techniques, consistent with the Alamy values thereby ensuring the best candidate experience.
• Co-ordinating the recruitment process with hiring managers, candidates and external consultants & documentation of all activities including recruitment, onboarding, exits etc
