We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive with 1–3 years of experience to support our business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on exposure to lead generation, outreach, and basic marketing activities, who is looking to grow further in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential customers through online sources (websites, directories, social media, etc.)
• Generate and qualify leads based on target criteria
• Send connection requests on LinkedIn and perform consistent follow-ups with prospects
• Execute email campaigns and track engagement metrics
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Understand customer requirements and capture relevant information
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Share qualified leads with the sales team for further conversion
• Support lead generation campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Assist in basic content writing for emails, campaigns, and outreach messages
• Track, analyze, and report lead activities and responses
