Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end IT hiring for offshore requirements. This role demands expertise in modern technology hiring, vendor management, and team leadership, along with the ability to consistently deliver within tight timelines.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable hiring across niche and evolving technology landscapes and guiding a team to achieve high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT recruitment for offshore hiring
  • Handle vendor empanelment and vendor relationships, especially with Tier-1 clients
  • Own requirement understanding, sourcing strategy, and delivery within SLAs
  • Ensure timely closure of roles under strict deadlines and pressure
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–4 recruiters
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team productivity and accountability
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the recruitment team
  • Build strong pipelines using effective and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Ensure high-quality screening, evaluation, and candidate experience
  • Drive continuous process improvements and best practices

Technology Hiring Exposure (Preferred):

We operate in a technology environment focused on modern and niche skill areas. Exposure to hiring in the following domains will be an added advantage:

  • Data Engineering & Analytics (Data Platforms, ETL, Big Data)
  • Cloud Technologies, especially Microsoft Azure (including Azure Data & API services)
  • Integration platforms such as MuleSoft and API-led ecosystems
  • Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
  • API, Microservices, and distributed architectures
  • Awareness of hiring trends in AI/ML and emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Tier-1 clients / large staffing firms
  • Prior experience in offshore hiring models
  • Ability to guide team members on niche technology hiring
