Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end IT hiring for offshore requirements. This role demands expertise in modern technology hiring, vendor management, and team leadership, along with the ability to consistently deliver within tight timelines.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable hiring across niche and evolving technology landscapes and guiding a team to achieve high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT recruitment for offshore hiring
- Handle vendor empanelment and vendor relationships, especially with Tier-1 clients
- Own requirement understanding, sourcing strategy, and delivery within SLAs
- Ensure timely closure of roles under strict deadlines and pressure
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–4 recruiters
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team productivity and accountability
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the recruitment team
- Build strong pipelines using effective and innovative sourcing strategies
- Ensure high-quality screening, evaluation, and candidate experience
- Drive continuous process improvements and best practices
