Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support. The role involves managing cloud environments, supporting web applications, handling user access, and resolving technical issues across systems. Candidates with exposure to Azure, server management, and troubleshooting are preferred.

Responsibilities:
Cloud & Server Management
• Manage and monitor Azure Virtual Machines and cloud resources.
• Handle server configurations across Windows and Linux environments.
• Implement and manage backup policies and storage (Azure Blob, etc.).
Web & Application Support
• Troubleshoot website and application issues (IIS, Apache, etc.).
• Manage SSL certificates (including Let’s Encrypt) and domain configurations.
• Support deployment activities and resolve application-level issues.
Network & Security Management
• Configure and manage NSG rules, VPN access, and firewall settings.
• Handle secure access (SFTP, RBAC) and user permissions.
• Support device security and management using Intune and BitLocker.
User & Access Management
• Manage users, roles, and permissions via Azure Entra ID.
• Handle Office 365 administration (mailboxes, distribution lists, licenses).
• Provide access support and resolve authentication-related issues.
Database & System Support
• Perform basic database operations (queries, updates, reporting support).
• Manage backups, retention policies, and database access.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across servers, applications, and networks.
• Escalate complex issues with proper documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution and maintain issue tracking.
Internal IT Support
• Provide support for internal tools (Outlook, Teams, VPN, devices).
• Handle routine IT issues and system access requests.
