We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Cum Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with employees, and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Identify and attract quality talent based on company requirements
• Handle employee engagement and maintain a healthy work culture
• Support employee grievance handling and conflict resolution
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in performance management and evaluation processes
Administrative Responsibilities
• Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee well-being initiatives
• Coordinate office maintenance, assets, and vendor management
• Ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities
Payroll & Compliance
• Assist in salary processing
• Handle ESI, PF calculations, and statutory compliance
• Maintain HR policies in line with company and legal standards
Communication & Branding
• Ensure clear internal communication between management and employees
• Create and present HR-related videos or internal communication content
• Support employer branding initiatives

Qualifications
