Brief Description

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (3–5 Years Experience)
Location : Technopark, Trivandrum

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise to craft engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires strong proficiency in design tools, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop visual storyboards to illustrate and communicate concepts, user journeys, and interaction flows for gamified projects and immersive applications.

  2. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user interfaces for Games, VR, AR. Web and Mobile applications that are visually appealing and intuitive.

  3. Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Firefly) to create innovative visual solutions and prompt-based illustrations.

  4. Collaborate with clients, product managers, and developers to understand requirements and deliver design solutions aligned with business goals.

  5. Maintain consistent brand identity across digital platforms and marketing materials.

  6. Produce high-quality graphics, icons, illustrations, and minimal 2D animations to enhance user experience.

  7. Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements.

  8. Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to innovate and improve design processes.

  9. Ensure seamless handoff of design specifications to development teams for accurate implementation.

  10. Develop design systems and component libraries to standardize UI across projects.

Preferred Skills

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.

  2. 3–5 years of professional experience in UI and graphic design for gamified web, mobile and VR applications.

  3. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

  4. Strong portfolio demonstrating wireframing, prototyping, UI design, branding, and illustration skills.

  5. Knowledge of design principles and best practices for multiple platforms.

  6. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and stakeholders.

  7. Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.

  8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  9. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  10. Attention to detail with a passion for delivering visually compelling and functional designs.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in minimal 2D animations and motion graphics.

  2. Familiarity with Generative AI platforms for creative design.

  3. Knowledge of branding, marketing collateral design, and illustration.

  4. Ability to conceptualize and innovate design solutions for complex user experiences.
