We are seeking an Accountant with over 2 years of experience to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support the organization’s overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger postings, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and trial balance.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and other tax requirements.
- Prepare and file tax returns as per applicable laws.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial data.
