Job Description
We are looking for freshers who have completed formal training in C# or Java and are eager
to start their career in software development. Candidates should have strong fundamentals, a
willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications under the guidance
of senior developers.
• Apply knowledge gained from C# or Java training programs to real-time projects.
• Write clean, structured, and maintainable code.
• Support bug fixing, testing, and documentation activities.
• Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
• Learn and follow best practices in software development.
• Continuously upgrade technical and professional skills.
Required Skills
• Completed professional training / certification in C# or Java from a recognized
institute.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts.
• Basic knowledge of:
o C# / .NET or Java
o SQL / Database concepts
o HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic)
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good to Have
• Academic or mini-projects in C# / Java.
• Internship or hands-on training experience.
• Basic knowledge of ASP.NET / Spring / Web APIs.
• Familiarity with Git or any version control system.
• Awareness of Agile / Scrum methodology.
