Job Description

We are seeking a Pre-Sales & Sales Manager to drive business growth for our AI & Mobile Business Unit. This role combines solution consulting, enterprise sales, and client engagement, with a strong focus on AI/ML solutions, mobile applications, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will play a critical role in winning new business, shaping solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-impact AI and mobile solutions to global clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  1. Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  2. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for AI and mobile solutions
  3. Identify new business opportunities across industries (Healthcare, Retail, BFSI, etc.)
  4. Meet and exceed revenue and conversion targets

2. Pre-Sales & Solutioning

  1. Engage with clients to understand business requirements and pain points
  2. Design and present AI/ML and mobile solution architectures
  3. Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimations, and solution documents
  4. Work closely with engineering teams to define technical approach and feasibility

3. Client Engagement & Consulting

  1. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI adoption and mobile transformation
  2. Conduct solution demos, workshops, and discovery sessions
  3. Translate business needs into scalable and practical technology solutions

4. Go-To-Market Support

  1. Support GTM strategies for AI products and mobile solutions
  2. Collaborate with marketing on:
  3. Case studies
  4. Sales collateral
  5. Thought leadership content
  6. Contribute to product positioning and differentiation

5. Collaboration & Delivery Alignment

  1. Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams
  2. Work with project managers and tech leads to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction
  3. Provide inputs for continuous improvement of offerings

Preferred Skills

  1. 8-12 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Sales / Solution Consulting
  2. Strong experience in IT services or product-based companies
  3. Proven track record in closing mid to large-size deals
  4. MBA or equivalent business qualification (preferred)
