Job Description

We are seeking a Linux Administrator with 2–4 years of experience to support and maintain Linux-based infrastructure in a 24×7 managed services environment. The role involves system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting production environments while ensuring high availability and performance.

Preferred Skills

  1. Manage and administer Linux servers (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar distributions).
  2. Perform system installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
  3. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity using monitoring tools.
  4. Troubleshoot Linux OS, network, and application-related issues.
  5. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security configurations.
  6. Perform backup monitoring and restoration activities when required.
  7. Support incident, problem, and change management processes through ITSM tools.
  8. Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
  9. Work closely with cloud, network, and application teams to resolve issues.
  10. Participate in 24×7 rotational shift operations and on-call support.
