We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non- IT HR Recruiter with 1to 3 years of hands-on experience in hiring for Sales, Logistics, and Operations roles. Non-IT recruitment experience is mandatory. The candidate will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment, sourcing relevant candidates, and ensuring timely closures of open positions. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of bulk hiring and field recruitment, along with strong communication and coordination skills.
