We're seeking a dynamic Institutional Sales Executive to drive sales of our cutting-edge VR Lab training simulations designed for automobile engineering labs. You'll secure appointments with universities, conduct live on-site pitches, and close deals to equip institutions with immersive VR training for automotive skills like engine diagnostics, assembly, and safety protocols. This is a high-impact, travel-heavy role with uncapped commissions for top performers.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and research target universities (engineering colleges, polytechnics) via LinkedIn, calls, and databases; book 10+ appointments weekly.

Travel to campuses for live product demos, showcasing VR simulations on-site to faculty, HODs, and decision-makers.

Build sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and close deals (target: 5-10 installations/quarter).
