Brief Description:
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, HR policy implementation, compliance, and employee engagement aligned with organizational goals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage HR operations, including talent acquisition and talent management activities.

Develop, implement, and review HR policies, strategies, and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and organizational objectives.

Oversee recruitment processes including background verification, onboarding, and induction of new employees.

Handle employee lifecycle processes such as performance management, grievance handling, counseling, disciplinary actions, and retention initiatives.

Administer payroll and attendance management systems to ensure timely and accurate compensation.

Coordinate employee rewards and recognition programs and organize employee engagement and welfare activities.

Facilitate performance appraisal processes, competency mapping, succession planning, and career development programs.

Maintain employee relations and ensure confidentiality of HR records and information.

Conduct exit formalities, including full and final settlements, no dues clearance, and exit interviews.

Plan and coordinate training logistics, manage training materials, scheduling, and communication related to learning initiatives.

Maintain employee files, records, and ensure audit compliance.

Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and employee grievances.

Manage access control systems and coordinate issuance of company ID cards.

Drive employee communication through announcements, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
