Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst/ Business Analyst to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will
work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business
requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support successful project delivery. This role
plays a critical part in process improvement, solution design, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and process maps.
• Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications for development
teams.
Solution Design & Implementation
• Work closely with technical teams to design practical and effective solutions.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Present requirements, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical
audiences.
Documentation & Quality Assurance
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and
process flows.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
Process Improvement & Risk Management
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Recommend and assist in implementing best practices and process enhancements.
• Monitor project risks and issues and propose mitigation strategies.
