We are looking for a smart and responsible candidate to handle tele sales and after-sales support for North Indian clients.
Hindi communication is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Tele Sales for North India market
• Follow up on leads, explain software & convert clients
• Manage After Sales Support and client relationships
• Coordinate demos and track conversions
• Maintain CRM and sales reports
• Support closing of potential clients
• Assist in basic content coordination (scripts, reels, creatives)
